The 28-year-old English International will undergo a medical with Atletico Madrid as they agree a £20m fee with Tottenham Hotspurs. The player will always be remembered for his first-half freekick vs Croatia in the World Cup if he leaves England.

Update: Kieran Trippier becomes the only English player to play in La Liga this upcoming season, He signed a 3 year contract earlier today with Atletico Madrid.
