Frank Lampard announcement imminent


Chelse Legend Frank Lampard is expected to fill the vacant Chelsea manager's seat soon as talks have seemed to reach a positive conclusion. Chelsea will pay Derby County £4m for the last two years of Frank Lampard's contract.

It is understood that Lampard will bring staff from Derby with him.
