UEFA sanction Chelsea transfer

UEFA won't stand in the way of Chelsea making Mateo Kovacic permanent in a 50m Euro deal.
The Croatian International will sign for Chelsea despite the transfer ban as UEFA has given the sanction on the deal after his one-year loan spell for the Blues from Real Madrid as they see it as an extension.
